This is my first build so dont hate

Alright since every girl I know is or has been obsessed with Twilight I was a bit happy to figure out Vladimir sucks blood and not ****...(Hehe get Cullen = gay vampire XD) Now with that being said this is how I play Vlad.

Summoner Spells
I normally just use the Ghost/Exhaust combo just because it's the perfect combo that is versatile weather you are chasing or running. But that is generally up to you and your style of play.

Runes
Vlad's passive is pretty great with the Health-->Ap-->Health so thats why a good combination of Health/Ap runes are good with the Magic Pen. to make sure that transfusion hits a bit harder.

Items
Again this is generally up to you and I play 3's so this may differ but the regrowth pendant is very effective can keep you in your lane longer + transfusion can keep you at decent health levels. Next I'll buy a pair of boots just to get those out of the way and I also just buy a health bot for Sh*ts and giggles. Upgrade the boots to sorcerer shoes or you can get merc treads which are always nice. Then Get Warmogs because thats when it starts becoming unfair. From there on you can pretty stack health/ap however you please because the constant increase of health from Warmogs+Level+Other items becomes drastic and if your health if drastic your Ap is drastic which means your health is even more drastic :P

Early Game
Stay in your lane just harass till the transfusion cooldown becomes even more decreased and once you get Hemoplhague (dont think I spelt that right) you should be able to achieve a decent team gank on the opponents in your lane.

Mid Game
Your pushing your mass slowing down in team fights + good damage on your ult and you fare pretty decent in 1v1's this is when the fairness shifts a small amount in your favor.

Late Game
As long as there are no feeders you should still be top dog and even if you are not leading ganker on your team as long as you can help someone get to that position you just earned yourself the W

So that's it please give me the thumbs up and hope this works for you as much as it does for me
