ok so your gonna buy boots and 3 hp pots then once you have enough buy the Vampiric Scepter to have life steal if you find that you need some hp pots go ahead and buy some 3 at most. then buy and B.F. Sword and proceed to getting your blood thirstir with your Bloodthirster you want to farm is when ever possible.Then buy Berserker's Greaves.Buy a Zeal then a Null-Magic Mantle to reduce damage taken from AP based champs. Then buy a Phantom Dancer a Gardian Angel, B.F. Sword, Infinity Edge and The Black Cleaver. At this point your damage will be so high with or without crits theres such a little chance of you dying in 1v1 or even 1v2

This build can help you get massive loads of kills aslong as you stay behind your team mates make sure to always save them with your Stand Aside this is also your best harrasing skill during the whole game use it wiseley.
