This build is what i use for a standard Draven round. Draven is most effective in bot lane with a tanky support, especially leona but also blitz, nunu and ali. I start off aggressively, and push the first minion waves for the lvl 2 advantage and wait for them to answer, try to fall a little back (not too long to lose the lvl advantage) before totally melting them down in a full force attack timed with your support for the 2 first kills in the game. From there you just snowball, down the turret and go to be awesome elsewhere.
