Draven can use a good amount of lifesteal as well has crit chance. I recommend a phantom dance for attack speed but only one because dravens W blood rush gives him attack speed. A blood thirster is useful because of the damage bonus, the lifesteal is what makes draven good a decent amount of lifesteal can introduce a good ad carry. Buying a last whisperer gives you the armor penatration on top of the runes that give you armor penatration. last of all the infinity edge, criting with draven gives you the upper hand. Since you have 250% more damage with your crits when you buy the infinity edge it shows great useage with a good amount of attack damage.
Runes
Having armor penatration runes gives draven the late game advantage against tanks. Draven with alot of attack speed can introduce a whole lot of damage and take in alot of lifesteal.

Draven can also ad carry in a ranked game. You have to realize that his Q is very good against champions.
Summoner Spells
i would recommend Flash and ignite for your summoner spells. Having these summoner spells youll always garuntee a kill and a lucky get away.
Farming
Farming with Draven is good. Enable your Q and get to work, after 10 seconds of your spinning blades being in use you can obtain a second one then enable blood rush this increses your AS and your AD this is a crazy good skill because everytime you catch a blade it comes off cooldown
Pros / Cons
A pro for draven would be how much damage he can deal and the amount of kills he can get.
another pro would be his ulti it comes in handy when that one champ gets away. A con would be how squishy he is thats really it and how slow he is.
