Hi, in this guide I want to show my personal build, which I found out after trolling around in normal games and buying Sheen etc.

About me:
I am currently playing on EUW server and I am in silver elo.
Now you probably think: "OMG, this Riven noob thinks he is boxbox, because he only plays Riven and has no skill."
And actually that could be possible, but since I found out that build by myself and I am pretty successful with it, why not show it to other players.

And also, this is my first guide ever made, so give me tips to improve!

My runes are pretty AD/CDR focussed, but your standart AD page should work as well.

I like Fervor more than Thunderlord's but if you are used to play with Thunderlord's, go ahead.

I'm gonna break down my masteries for you:

FEROCITY:

Fury > Sorcery:
AS helps alot with animation cancelling, but it's still personal preference.

Feast > Double Edged Sword/Expose Weakness:
I prefer Feast, because it helps you sustaining in lane, but you can choose between Double Edged Sword and Feast.

Vampirism > Natural Talent:
I mean...who needs AP on Riven?

Oppressor > Bounty Hunter:
I think Oppressor synergizes pretty well with Riven since she got a stun and a knock-up in her kit, but Bounty Hunter is also good if you are roaming alot.

Battering Blows > Piercing Thoughts
Again...who needs AP on Riven?

Fervor Of Battle > Warlord's Bloodlust/Deathfire Touch:
I like Fervor the most since it has a tank-shredder -ish feeling, I tried Warlord's once, but Fervor is just better.
And since you got no DoT spell, Deathfire Touch is useless I think.


RESOLVE:

Recovery > Unyielding:
I got no health in my runes, so I take flat health in my masteries, if you got health in your runes, then take Unyielding.

Tough Skin > Explorer:
Explorer is pretty good for roaming to the mid lane, but since I prefer to stay on my lane or tp to other lanes, I take Tough Skin. It's again personal preference.

Veteran's Scars > Runic Armor:
Your shield is pretty big since it scales 100% with bonus AD, so I take the health, also because I don't have health in my runes.

Insight > Perserverance:
Since there are alot of combos on riven combined with flash, it is good to have some extra CDR on summoner spells.

The Spellblade effect on Sheen is basically Riven's passive, so it gives her even more damage.
But with TriForce there are missing some stats, so I chose Youmuu's as another core item, since it gives you AS, MS, CDR, Armor Pen...basically everything you need.

I like taking 3 points in Q early and then maxing R>E>W>Q.
I actually don't know why, but it feels comfortable, to have decent damage in the Q to farm under tower and have a strong shield early, since the Q is only there to generate Riven's passive (imo).

Pros:
- You are pretty strong at taking down towers, because the Sheen effect also works on tower
- Your already strong dueling is much stronger with the TriForce/Sheen effect and Armor Pen and AS from Youmuu's
- These items do provide you all stats you actually need, so...yeah

Cons:
- Pretty expensive items, so you will be having a hard time getting these items together in a hard match-up
- Also your power spikes are pretty late since these items are pretty expensive.
