They usually use it when enemy is at low hp, so you should use heal before or it will be pretty much a waste. Look out for other healing reduction skills, items 2. My advice would be to replace the Atma's with either a BT or a Randuin's. Well, eventually once you master Lee Sin and get a good feel for the dynamic and flow of the game, pushing a lane isn't even necessarily a bad thing. I will often intentionally push the lane.
