when you arive in the middle lane you will meet your lane opponent kassidin. Spam your E to confuse him and farm. Once you hit lvl 2 or 3 you should try to get baron buff tell your jungler to cover your lane and hit up the baron with your wrenches, Alot of people might say well baron doesnt spawn until 20 minutes well, heimerdinger makes baron spwan whenever he plesases.
