This is a quick guide for my play style for Garen, the Demacian stud.
It's not going to explain what he does or how it works, but it will explain my rune and item choices.

The runes are pretty self-explanatory. The quints and reds are for armor pen for early and lasting damage. The yellows are health per level for some more bulk, and so you can get some benefit from atmas earlier in. The blues are cd reduction for more spins, pretty simple.

Cdr boots for more spins and decisive strikes. Atmas for the bulk, extra damage from crit and health conversion. Ghostblade for the crit, cdr, and armor pen. The active is nice, but mostly used just for the movement speed, or tower dunking. The sunfire cape is Garen's trademark item, some extra damage while spinning, some bulk, and more damage from the health. Force of nature is great for its synergy with his passive, the extra run speed and the great magic resist. Infinity edge is the icing on the cake, and is almost never bought due to games ending too quickly. But the damage, crit, and the passive are great for any auto-attacker, or for the Judgement damage.
