Spell Vamp affects his poison, his fling and his smite. I'm 100% certain of each. You might not notice the vamp on your poison trail though, because it doesn't do much damage (and I think the effects of spell vamp are reduced for AoE spells).

Yeah, this.

Later on, though, you'll start to notice huge (relative) amounts appearing when you've poisoned something with your R up.

Though you don't notice the spell vamp, it gives you far more sustainability than you'd expect.

Don't know if that's already been asked, but does the fling stil proc red buff after the sejuani patch ?

Great idea anyway, just saw it and will surely try it. I love Singed's playstyle, that might kick ***.

Oh good point I don't think it does.

I'll update later!

On the spellvamp thing: It does proc on his Q, but because it's AoE it only works at 33% of the listed value.

Must be ganking too often or unsuccessfully then, he's a really fast jungler and should have no trouble keeping up with everyone else.

1) are you not spending too much time on (unsuccesful) ganks? One thing I see people do is stick around in the brush way too long. Don't, you might even be counter ganked if it's warded.
2) are you making sure to get your poison off on all the jungle creeps? Singed finds his speed in his AoE poison so you must make sure you're poisoning everything.
3) if you have sustain issues, remember to toggle poison trail on and off each 3 secs, since the effects last 3 secs. Saves 2/3 of the mana. Also, hextech and/or philo stone.

It's a very good guide, but I feel that if you get the Hextech Revolver then WotA is the only option for Singed. The extra AD is quite useless in teamfights. I would also recommend getting the Catalyst before WotA because Catalyst provides much needed early game tankiness/sustain.

Also if you going for 9/21/0 I recommend going with Butcher, Tough Skin, Bladed Armor, and Indomitable. Anything to help out with the lack of sustainability in jungle early game. However, I like 0/21/9 better for Singed.

The other thing is that I feel Lvl 3 Mega Adhesive is sufficient with a mid game Rylai's. The increased damage from Fling in mid-game is necessary as Singed has almost no burst damage otherwise.
