Hi, I'm XxnnjonxX. I started playing lol in november of 2014, I started playing more after ekko was released. I love this champion and his playstyle. I was Gold 5 in season 5. I wrote this guide because I want ekko to be played more in the mid lane than jg. He has great mid lane potential with his skill-set. Also this is my first guide so I understand it might not be the greatest.

Laning: If you're against a melee champ, try to use your abilities less to save mana, use your passive to farm. If you're against Ranged champs then use your q to farm if they try to deny you, but try to last hit with q. In lane you can either play passively and farm, or aggressively, by sending out q, let it hit twice on the enemy and dive in with an e for lots of damage from your passive and Thunderlords Decree.
Combos: Usually in lane I try to predict play my w by watching my minion wave and where it is located. For example, when my minions pass my turret, I place my w near the middle where I believe the enemy is standing, I'd say I stun them 72% of the time and if you do, They can't trade back as well because of the stun. In teamfights I pay attention to where the enemies are and cast my w on where I believe I can catch someone out, or all of them.
If you chase someone e into them slow with q and either stun/slow with w (because if you don't enter the W it slows).
If you're being chased use your q to slow them behind you e to dash over walls and away and w to slow(but if you feel confident enough go back and stun with w and Escape.Most likely they will give up.

Don't be afraid to try ekko, He's a fun champion that can towerdive with a breeze and isn't too mechanicaly hard to play, I do know that this guide may look boring but I don't have much experience making guides. I just want to help newer people understand ekko and give him a try. After all, if you mess up, just use your rewind button.
