Introduction
Ekko´s Passive: Z-Drive Resonance'sEkko´s Passive is almost like the W of Vayne. You need 3 stacks to make your passive proc on the Enemy (Also works on Minions/Monsters). When you hit 3 stacks it will deal bonus magic dmg. At 3 stacks the target takes 「 15 + (12 × Ekko's level) 」(+ 70% AP) bonus magic damage and is slowed by 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80% for 2 / 2.5 / 3 seconds. When you hit a enemy CHAMPION it will give you Bonus Movement Speed for 2 seconds and the enemy gets slowed. You can only hit your Passive on the same Target every 3 Seconds.Z-Drive Resonance's bonus damage will apply spell effects. Against champions, Ekko also gains bonus movement speed equal in strength and duration to the Slow: .
Ekko´s Q: Timewinder It´s like a Sivir Q but it just hit´s one Target and then it comes back again (It can go through Enemies for example, it comes back if you hit one enemy).At maximum range or if it hits an enemy champion, the device slows to a stop and expands, creating a slowing field. It also gives the enemy one stack of your Passive when it hits once and it will give him another stack when it hits again when the boomerang (Ekko´s Q)comes back. So you just need to do one AA in his face for the 3rd stack. His Q also slows the enemy when it hit´s so it should´nt be a problem to get your Passive on him with your Gapcloser ( Ekko´s E). Your Q is a very nice spell to kite/chase.
Ekko´s W: Parallel Convergence His W has one Passive and one Active!
PASSIVE: Ekko's basic attacks deal 5% (+ 1% per 55 AP) of target's missing health as bonus magic damage (Capped at 150 vs. minions / monsters) versus targets below 30% of their maximum health.
ACTIVE: Ekko calls upon an alternate version of himself that bats a device to the target location. After a total delay of 3 seconds, the device expands into a broad sphere that slows enemies by 40%. Enemies do not gain vision of the target area until the last 0.5 seconds.
If Ekko enters the sphere, it detonates, granting him a shield for 2 seconds while stunning all enemies inside for 2.25 seconds. (Stun lasts longer than shield... gg rito.)BUT it´s usefull when the enemie ignites you or to do a tower dive or just because minions op....
SHIELD STRENGTH: 150 / 195 / 240 / 285 / 330 (+ 80% AP). So because the Stun lasts longer than the Shield , here are some usefull hints how to use your W. So maybe u want to roam bot and you see the support and adc stand with low hp at tower? So just use your W where the enemies stand and just wait a second because you need a bit of time to activate your W. So after you waited a second go in with your E= The enemies gets stunned you get shield , you tank the tower shots, for your bot lane who will help you with the dive,
Use your W also when you chase Enemies because they will get slowed if they walk into the "bubble" but its easy to dodge when your slow isnt on the enemy, His W is so nice for teamfights in low elo because the enemies have no movement and will just stand in the bubble and wait for the stun :) . You can also zone enemies with your W during laning phase
Ekko´s E: Phase Dive ACTIVE: Ekko dashes towards a target location. His next basic attack within the next few seconds gains 300 bonus attack range (425 total range) and causes Ekko to blink on his target, dealing bonus magic damage. Phase Dive's bonus damage will apply spell effects. BONUS MAGIC DAMAGE: 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 (+ 20% AP). Your E is such a nice Engage/Escape its kinda like a Vaynes Tumble but better. You can dash almost over every wall, always nice to cahse people who have flash. Your E will deal so much dmg late game that is kinda broken. You can also use your E to dash fast in your "Bubble" for the shield/stun. Ofcourse your E will give the Enemy a stack of your passive. Did i mention it lets you tumble and then dash to the enemy if they're in range?
Ekko´s R: Chronobreak "Time"
It has again one Passive and one Active.
PASSIVE: Ekko is followed by a time-delayed hologram of himself that tracks where he was 4 seconds ago. The hologram is inactive while Chronobreak is on cooldown.(apart from when your ultimate is 4 seconds away from coming off cooldown which is cool )
ACTIVE: After a short delay, Ekko blinks to wherever he was 4 seconds ago, dealing magic damage to surrounding enemies and healing Ekko for a value equal to flat amount plus a percentage of all damage taken over the last 4 seconds.
MAGIC DAMAGE: 200 / 350 / 500 (+ 130% AP)
HEAL: 100 / 150 / 200 (+ 20 / 25 / 30% (+ 1% per 30 AP) of damage taken).
So your Ultimate is mainly used for the escape/heal? Why ? Because in high Elo its a bit hard to get your hologram (in the front line before the engage happens) . It´s also a nice turnaround for example you have lost a teamfight you are low and 2 Enemies who are also low keep chasing you. So slow them with your W get your Hologram into them and just hit the R buton. They may get stunned when you hit your ult in the perfect "Timing" AND the enemies will get a massive AOE magic damage and you also will be healed :)

Why Start Flash?
I love flask its good from early to mid game
For early game if you're vsing a ranged ap mid and they can poke you alot
Since you're melee you will take alot of damage from them
Mid game when you get poked in a fight you can spam the flask for some extra hp regen through the fight which might just save your life
Morellonomicon- I would get this against an Ad Laner when you just need to spam your abilties and then later in the game swap it out for ludens echo :)
Abyssal Scepter - Behind ? and they have a heavy ap team grab abyssal for pen and magic resist with a hint of damage
Athene's Unholy Grail - same reason for Morel but for a Ap laner
Mejais - Well if you think you're going to crush the enemy laner and get free kills everywhere grab it use until late game and swap with a void staff if you dont have 20 stacks
Rylias - If you want a bit more cc and tankyness grab it i usually recommend this out of any other item since u get alot of damage from it also
Will of the Ancients - im starting to think this is a little better for ekko than gunblade since you get alot of damage and nice bit of life steal
Archangels Staff - Good mana Regen and mana from tear and good damage upgrades into Seraphs Embrace which will give you a shield so use it if you're about to die

Always remember about your ultimate and where it is you can make some big plays with it
Since it heals you and does damage at the same time
Its about a 3 second delay from where you are
You can make some plays with it for eg your W gives you a shield a slow and a stun
So use it behind you and ult back if you're getting chased and make a massive turn around and kill them all

If you're behind your enemy laner you want to play safe until they make a mistake for eg
Enemy Cass is chasing you and your ultimate is just infront of her and she is about to walk into it HIT W where it is and than ult back to her dealing damage then hit q to slow her and by that time she will get stunned by W and then finish her off with your gap closer E by that time your passive would of popped on her so you would of got a speed buff and she will be DEAD

1. Golem camp - I always start the krug camp as when you smite it you get the heavy hands buff which means that every 5 basic attacks you will stun your target. If you are not confident with jungling this way on purple side then you should start gromp-blue-wolves-red-krugs-chickens
2. Red buff - Red buff gives you passive healing when in combat with monsters which helps a lot with your sustain when clearing camps.
3. Blue buff - blue buff gives you the extra mana sustain that helps a lot with jungle clears.
4. Murk Wolves - If you smite the blue buff then its a good idea to do wolves as you can heal up and get some mana back before you head to the next camp.
5. Gromp - Smite the gromp to get the poison buff that it gives, it will help a lot with jungle clears.
6. Raptors - Finish off your clear by clearing the raptor camp, after you have cleared the raptors head to base for your first purchases.
The new jungle has many benefits from the buff's that the new jungle camps give, which you can use to your advantage. For example if i wanted to scout a lane and i didn't know if it was warded, i would smite the raptor camp to give me the true vision buff to clear any wards on/near that lane. Or say there was a team fight about to occur, i would smite the Gromp camp to get the poison buff that it gives which would aid me when taking damage from basic attacks in teamfights. Be sure to plan your jungle route in consideration with what you want to do next.
Things to remember - When you're going for Dragon remember to get the crab for the speed buff and vision Same thing with baron aswell
Or when you have lost a team fight and you think they will go for baron or dragon get the crab just before they do it so you have sight to maybe steal or just get the timer on it
Ekko is a really strong ganker as his kit has plenty of cc and a gap closer, its always best to ping that you are coming in for the gank so that your teammates can engage first and get ready for you to come in and help them secure a kill/kills.
It is best to gank from the river and use your (W) Parallel Convergence behind the target that you are ganking (so that they cant run back to tower without getting stunned/slowed) then use (E) Phase Dive to initiate onto a target, and finally follow up with your (Q) Timewinder to slow the target/deliver tons of damage - When you Phase Dive onto the target make sure that you auto attack them constantly to proc your Z-Drive Resonance to get that speed buff and extra damage onto them
