Those are standard runes for Ekko,u can go even mid or top with them,but u can experiment with a little more health runes maybe...

Strenght of the Ages is very important cuz it provides u a lot of health,trust me just kill monsters and enjoy your hp

Pros: Cons:
1.very hard to kill 1.U need around 1,5 k gold for first b
2.HP,armor,cdr and AP 2.if u waste ur ult,u are fuc*ed up
3.u can easy carry your team 3.hard to back in the game if u are
4.good early ganks behind
5.amazing ult 4.U have a lot of counters

1Frog-Smite
2Blue
3Wolves.Smite
4Raptors or Scuttler(depends on how much health u have
5Red-Smite
6Krugs

U need to be initiator in the teamfights
Use ur W to stun enemies and then throw Q for dmg,Use E on focused champion and ur team will do the rest
