I tried out the build and so on, but doesn't really get a good result. Don't really think this is a good item build for Elise.

Thanks. I was surprised to see how well this worked since she has no scaling for AD dmg. But instead allows for attack speed to setup her AP damage.

I use this build on her for Twisted and Dominion. Works great..

More changes are coming to the build. Both boots are listed as a choice whether playing AD heavy or AP/CC heavy opponents. But thanks for the info.

you need to add a lot more to make this a useful guide. I recommend using the recommended sections list on the side to put more information in it. Also you have Ninja Tabi and Mercury's Treads on your build page. That needs explained or fixed either one.
