When you play Elise as an Offtank, u should go on the Top lane with her. Look at my Build for an example. btw: nice build, i like it :)

I don't think this is the best guide, because it's much better an Hybrid. elise has a human form that is AP and a spider form that is AD, and both are equally important. you should use or write an hybrid guide

Your paragraphs are very short, no detailed information how elise works well and to play her in lane or in jungle. Might want to work on that, there are many different types of enemies you can face in lane or deal with in the jungle, as to mention counter ganks. Or being faster than ganking than specific other champions. For someone who is new this guide doesnt tell that much in all honesty, appart from which items you should buy and very straight forward information. Perhaps you could atleast offer some detailed information on how to counter mid champs as elise. As from what I've seen elise is not that strong mid in all fairness, how does elise overcome this problem? who is she strong against? when should you not pick her? If you get where im going :)
