It's yo boi, Erecik.
I am playing League for pure fun. I've never been thinking about tryharding, flaming and beeing salty, because it's only a form of relax for me. That's why I play Singed as support. It provides me with a lot of fun and giggles.
I started playing LoL back in Season 4. I didn't know much about game and meta and other things back then. Well tbh nothing has changed.
Singed is a great guy for having fun and pure trolling. But don't let him fool you! He is great at split pushing, supporting and beeing at front lane!
But you have to remember! Have fun and /mute all.

So where should I start?
We would need some health because (depending on build) we may lack some at mid game. Get some Percent Health Marks. 4,5% at level 1 is around 35hp. At 1500 hp it will be around 70-80hp. Nothing to ignore.
Same with Scaling Health, most usefull in early-to-mid game.
Even if you will go full Magic Resist (don't) You will for sure lack MR. Get those Scaling MRs. +27 MR at Level 18.
Those movement speed Quints. Dang it. 3x1,5% in early game is SUPER usefull at flinging enemy champs. You will need this small (big) advantage over enemy to secure early kills and snowball.
