Talon is a mid lane, ad assassin that has one of, if not the best roaming in the game making him a terror for the other lanes. Talon has excellent 1v1 potential and can get out of sticky situations with his E. His all in combo can one shot almost any non tank champion Very quickly.
and his ult is an incredible escape tool.

Pros
-can 1v1 easily
-has excellent escape with his E and R
-very mobile and has incredible roaming
-invisibility
-good wave clear.

Cons
-squishy
-if all ins not a lot of escape w/o ult
-your E can get you killed, by jumping over a wall into the enemy team with no way out
-not the best game carry if team is underfed

While in lane as soon as you reach lvl 2, you can get a lot of damage off. as soon as the enemy lanner is in range, W, wait for it to reach the end then Q onto them, the W should comeback right onto them as you Q, Giving you 3 stacks on your passive. Auto them once then back off. keep doing this when your moves go off cooldown. If they are low enough ignite to secure the kill, as the bleed + the ignite will do a ton of damage.
