This build is lacking detail because season 3 is coming to a close so I have decided to post it now and update as and when I can so hopefully it can help some of you get your silver promotions.

Introduction

Hello and welcome to your first step out of bronze, I understand this process better then most as i have had the opportunity to play from bronze 4 into silver 3 on multiple occasions. This has led me to understanding the bronze Meta in a way which allows me to exploit, when this guide is posted I will have used it to get 5 accounts into silver from bronze. Based on these statistics I believe this guide is one of the easiest ways to raise from bronze into silver so lets begin.

Why not AP?

AD Teemo has superior pushing potential as he relies less on mana and has lifesteal for sustain.
I acknowledge APs burst is better and harasses like a mutha trucker in early game.

24.3 MR @lvl 18 , 13 Armor, 11 AD and 4% Lifesteal

Scaling MR: Most top laners are melee AD bruisers / AP tank with the exception of Kennen most APs top laners deal minor damage early so scaling MR for strong MR late game is a clear choice.

Flat Armor: Again with the AD bruiser top Meta being a squish Teemo you want the early lane sustain so you can bully in order to create a huge CS lead and out poke and even out trade your opponents.

AD reds and 1 quint: Teemo has a very low base AD of 48 but has good attack speed especially with his passive camouflage so AD beats outs attack speed since Teemo would struggle to farm without this AD.

Lifesteal Quints: The icing on the cake a secret weapon this with 2 Dorans is enough to survive at 80% HP through enemy poke and in the situation you are jumped you are deceptively tanky.

Role

Teemo is not there to help his team, Teemo is there to direct and lead his team to victory Teemo is known to be terrible in team fights so the trick to making this work is to stay in lane and put pressure and force multiple enemies to come to you in order to give your team an advantage wherever they are applying their pressure.

EXAMPLE:
For this example we will assume you are blue side

is at the second turret pushing the lane his top lane enemy is unable to approach him alone as blinds duration is too long for him to win a fight. The rest of Teemos team is set up in the bot lane with a ward on enemy blue buff bush, dragon into jungle entrance and purple bot lane tribrush. With this ward set up they will be aware of any flanks so they are safe to push bot and be able to run as soon as any threat appears.

The enemies have 3 options; 1 they keep the 1v1 top and 4v4 bot as your team applies pressure / defends (the enemies wont start a fight under your teams turret) and lose top turret to Teemo.
2 they send more people top to aid trydamere and lose bot while teemo runs away.
3 they hard initiate bot and try to out push you, this is the only good plan for them and its only good if your other lanes are massively behind.
Because your team only needs you be about level with their enemies it is always a good idea to have them play passively (providing they listen)

Junglers

As you start to learn this tactic it may be an idea to have the jungler gank you once early remember even if your enemy is pushed out of lane that should be a good advantage for you.
Personally I prefer to have the jungler ignore my lane the reasoning for this is you can create a 2v1 against you top by forcing the enemy jungler to stay and hold the enemy laners hand, this may sound bad for you but in reality with blind and shrooms and movement speed you can hold your own under your turret. The advantage of this allows you to have your jungler 3v2 bot lane and push or he can simply gank mid and bot allot more then the enemy.

EXAMPLE

is bulling the top lane so is forced to camp him but due to Noxious Trap shrooms protecting him under turret and the threat of Yi being blinded Blinding Dart they are unable to dive him. Meanwhile is free to run up and down mid and bot lane ganking whoever he wants Sonic Wave Resonating Strike Tempest Cripple sight ward Safeguard Dragon's Rage

Skill Sequence

There are two basic sequences I feel are worth mentioning in this guide;
vs AA bruiser with jump. e.g Irelia , Jax , Master Yi

I don't take blind until level 4 because Teemo's superior poke the jump bruisers shouldn't be able to attempt anything before level 4.
Irelia because hiten will need to be level 2 but she will also need jump and stun to fight with.
Jax also will need a point in jump and in stunt and then two in empower as long as you are poking enough.
Master Yi will want 1 in alpha to get you 2 in wuju for him to think about fighting you and 1 in meditate for when it all goes wrong and you kill him.

And then the main sequence I would run in bronze against anyone else.

Unique Skills

Bronze solo queue is a very unique place because players would rather blame their team mates then help them low silver is also like this so to abuse this we fight our lane as much as we can, I often find that I can be on the inhibitor turret before I have more then two people to fight. So I consider Teemos unique skill to be his ability to rip the enemy team apart so they argue amongst themselves countless times have the enemy team shouted in all chat to report their top laner. Teamwork wins games making the enemies argue is a giant step towards victory.

Inhib facts

Inhibitors have 4000HP and no resistances but they do take 15% reduced damage
Destroying inhibitors increase the health and damage of all your minions in all lanes
Inhibitors respawn after 4 minutes from the time they are destroyed and 15 seconds after the announcer says "The enemies inhibitor is re-spawning soon"
Destroying an inhibitor spawns one super creep per wave in the lane the inhibitor is destroyed
Upon destroying three inhibs every lane will spawn two super creeps

So I got this inhib now what?

Well go and get the bottom one ask your team to go top and swap with you. This swap places most of your team closer to Baron so the enemy team are forked again, they either lose bot lane to Teemo or they chase teemo as his team goes for Baron which Teemo can run to and ***it them if the enemies stop chasing him. If you know the enemies will try to stop you pink baron and wait for them to come and try to hold them off until they must leave to defend their base from the minions.
