Spells:
Heal
Flash
Ability Order
Battle Fury (PASSIVE)
Tryndamere Passive Ability
Runes
The masteries give you maximum slapping power with your basic attacks along with some defense to help you sustain your lane longer, and last in team fights if you are getting focused. If you are getting focused you will probably die anyways, unless your ultimate allows you enough time to escape.
The summoner spells are to help, because Tryndamere usually hits hard and fast enough not to need "Ignite". Heal will help you leave, along with helping your teammates, and even thought your "Spinning Slash" with help you escape over walls, Flash is still good just for surprising, and also a "Get out of Jail Free Card".
The items are to simply help maximize your damage Vampire Scepter is to sustain, that way you can carry like a true Tryndamere being able to farm early and carry late. Although it provides no defense, your Runes and Masteries help with that. Life Steal will also help you live along with those, and you should be good defense wise.
I personally get "Blood Lust" first because, it gives 5 bonus damage and an ability to heal which will make your sustain that much better. You may solo top with this build, I do, but you may also want healers if you are new to Tryndamere. You main objective, is to "Spinning Slash" into the enemies, usually from the back or side. And butcher them, and as they start to run you activate "Mocking Shout", if you are caught in a 1v1 against another carry, use "Mocking Shout" as fast as you can, to start the cooldown, and lower their damage by an immense amount. Max your "Undying Rage" as fast as you can, to get your passive to full bar as fast as possible, allowing for heals and critical chance to maxmium.
