"Thornmail" after the first "Warmogs" if optional, the other option is "Force of Nature" depending on their team composition. I usually get "Thornmail" simply because I have "Mercury Treads" for some magic resistance, even thought I do have "Doran Shield" for osme armour, basically because most teams have 3:2 Attack Damage Champions and most cases Ability Power Champions are doing more damage later, then earlier. "Atma's Implaer is usually my choice, depending how fast I am dying, I may get a third "Warmog's", but rarely ever.

As Shen has his "Shadow Dash" which is in fact capable of going over walls, you do not feel "Flash", but I personally like it for more escape abilities if you fail or get caught after using "Shadow Dash".

Lots of people might disagree with my Masteries, but I very much like them, not because they are mind. But simply because they focus on tanking, I go 0/24/6, the 6 being for Energy and reviving if you so happen to die, very unlikely if you are playing the Almighty Shen properly aha.

As I only have two Rune pages like most of you, I us my "AD' runes, and I have not bought these ruins yet, I have the "Marks" and "Glyphs" currently, but I am planning on buying these soon along with another Rune Page.

I max out "Vorpal Blade" as fast as I can, for the simplicity of the sustain because of the on hit active after being marked, it will give you much needed sustain, and along with this, I max out "Feint" next, for the shield. If you are wondering why not "Shadow Dash", because of the path a few months ago, the range does not go up per level, nor does the duration, the only thing that does if the damage, which you should not have to worry about if you have a good enough carry. By maxing our the first two I mentioned, it will give you long lasting life in and out of the lane wether it be in team fights, or the jungle, or escaping ganks. Also, with "Feint" giving more shield, it will help cooldown your Passive more quickly early game allowing more slapping power!
