The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
This build has yet to be tested fully, though i find it possible in normals so far havent tried higher (1500+ elo) yet.
Feel free to post if you think something can be done better - since i loved to play Eve before the stun remove nerf - i hope to make her shine again through this build.
Firstly, these are the standart runes i use for AP heroes. might try to chance some into a more survivability build since Eve is kinda squishy.
Marks - Magic pen.
Seals - Mana Regen per 5
Glyphs - AP per lvl
Quints - flat AP
I feel it gives me enough ap early and mana regen for roaming when getting semi core items
but as said thinking of trying survivability while still hold some damage.
Masteries 21/9/0 standart AP runes in offense and health in defense.
though switch between armor/magic resist depending on team.
Against burster team i recomment to go 9/21/0 with magic pen in offense and all health / armor / magic resist in defense
If you are planning to roam within the first 3-5 levels i suggest utility for the extra regen and cd reduction
For items i dont really have a start and finish, usually i get sheen + boots of speed before i start roaming, but if you have heroes for earlier gank (some with stun/slow/root preferable)
Else from there its pretty much what is needed, the item list is the way i get things in order but it happens i go for Guardian's Angel quicker duo to me being focused too hard.
Void Staff can be gotten if they get magic resist, but its only as a last resort. it takes away an item which i find needed.
Gold/10min are lovely, though i feel with the little farm Evelyn can get early (because of her being melee and not very hard to push away) her gold comes from kills and it would take a few kills or time to get those, and it delay the other items which can make your enemy get away.
Also not mentioned try to get Oracle or pink ward up where you gank the most, nothing more irritating than getting caught by a ward.
For skills i max E (Ravage) because it scales 1:1 with ap, and for ganking i find burst dmg works best since flash away can screw up the gank.
2nd i go for W (Shadow walk) longer duration which allow you to perfectly possition yourself.
lastly i go for Q (Hate Spike) i simply spam this to get sheen/lich's bane procs while running and hitting. and it scales with around 1:0.4
Level ultimate when you can for the speed boost / attack boost.
It really depend on your playstyle, im a coward so i take flash to get away or to pursuit the enemy.
ignite for more damage.
i have seen some with exhaust which i can see is fine but i didnt get as much out of it when ganking as i did with ignite.
For teamfights you shouldnt be in middle of the fight unless you know big ultimates has been used from the enemy. you can start a fight but if they are running toward you then you shouldnt try to tank it up, it doesnt end well most of the time.
Try to pick out the loners that are behind if possible.
In short ->
Get lvl 5-7 + sheen =roam
(if it doesnt work try catch their jungler at buffs or back to farming.)
Assist your jungler with counter jungling, dragon or ganks also work well, you dont need to be solo ganking all the time.
As said first feel free to post what you feel is missing, not needed or if you got suggestions of your own as to make this build more flawless.
