Not much to tell u about runes Flat AP for early game (a Bit for magic penetration) no need for HP cause of her ulti passive so she regains HP
Masteries
i go 9-0-21 taking a lot of mana regen in utility & magic penetration in offense

Evelyn is the best Assasin in game u have to help at least 2 times ur mid lane & one the other lane up or bot.U need great communication with the other players

U WILL NEVER TAKE BIG AMOUNT OF MINIONS I HAVE TO TAKE OVER 100 MINIONS OVER 2 MONTHS IFU CAN TAKE MINIONS WELL DONE NEVER USE SPIKE FOR MINIONS
