Introduction: Patch 1.34.16
Pros:
- Ganking ability (especially from mid lane)
- Break teamfights (anti-carry potential)
- Puts the entire opposing team of the defensive during laning phase
- Make opposing team use precious gold on Vision Wards & Oracle's Elixirs
Cons:
- One of the games squishiest champs
- Most players hate Eve with ever-burning passion (you will get focused in teamfights)
- Extremely item dependent

My skill sequence may require some explanation. I get 2 levels of W right away and leave it at level 2 for the whole game until it is the only spell left to level up. This is because lvl 2 W is sufficient to accomplish your goals traversing lanes and jumping opponents if you use the brush to your advantage. I rush to max out E and lvl R when it is available. The reason why I do not focus on Q is because it is not awfully useful until you have your Lich Bane; or your Sheen at the very least, for obvious reasons.
My guide is based off of capitalizing on your gold-over-time items (Philosopher's Stone & Kage's Lucky Pick), instead of relying purely on getting kills, which can be frustrating if you are playing against a smart team. The reason for this is Eve is an awful farmer until you are around 160ish ability power and have at least two ranks of your Q. The health and mana regen of your Philosopher's Stone will keep you in the lane until you can accumulate enough money for your boots and Deathcap. Then it is killing time...
