This is my general build of Eve. Start with a Sapphire Crystal so as to get off that extra Ravage on the squishiest person you're laning against. I like to try for a kill or assist in lane before I start ganking. Be pretty passive until you can get your Sheen and theoretically boots. Once you get those, go for a kill.

Now, when you play Eve, don't rely on your stealth too much. Assume they can see you. Use the brush to your advantage. If you see them dropping wards, buy an Oracle's. You need as many kills early game as you can get. Be aware of what your opponents are buying. Flank them, and drop the squishiest one you can. You should be able to do damn hear half of their health on your opening Ravage. As Eve, you're fairly good at getting the hell out of dodge, so if you see a couple of baddies chasing a fleeing teammate, get between them and Hate Spike them. It'll stun them long enough for your buddy to get away, and you can pop your ult to get away. I always have at least a 2/1 kdr. Usually it's 3 or 4 to 1.

I've grown tired of typing this, so I'll wait and work on it more later. :D :D :D
