You should rename this guide to a beginners guide to Evelynn because there are much better spells than Ghost and Heal. You have your ultimate and you get health back when the enemy dies. You shouldn't need those two spells if you are good at Evelynn. I use Flash and Ignite.

Hum ... i'm the only one i've ever seen playing Eve as a physical DPS (not every times, but it occurs when some stupid people picks in last and get, guess what, a 5th AP hero). It's actually very interesting to play her as physical, i may write a guide soon. Everyone play her as AP, and she's describe as AP in the game itself :)

Your masteries are bad for an AP dps. Flat AP runes doesn't worth it except for quintessences. If you want AP you should go AP per lvl (keep your flat with quintessences if you want, though i'd get some HP).

You ability sequence is also bad for an AP build, you should do something like this (number into parenthesis is the lvl of the spell after leveling) :
- Shadow walk (1) - Ravage (2) - Hate spike (1) - Ravage (3) - Malice (1) - Ravage (4) - Shadow walk (2) - Ravage (5) - Hate spike (2) - Malice (2) - Hate spike (5) - Shadow walk (3) - Malice (3) - Shadow walk (5)

You pick up 7 items so your archangel staff is disabled by the site. I would not get the ROA. If there is no jungler in your team, you should switch the archangel for an Abyssal scepter or a Void staff (but make these after Rylai/Zhonya), and farm the golems for regen (you have to be very aware of the map).

As a hero killer and chaser, i would get exhaust/ignite summoner spells. Like Losteh said, you don't need ghost thanks to your ulti (+Rylai), and heal is not really usefull. You have only a burst when playing ap so you MUST prevent ennemy from healing with ignite if they have a summoner heal or if there's a Soraka. You also MUST disable any carry like Yi from slashing you into piece in 2 seconds with exhaust (if ravage + hit with lich bane don't kill him and he gets out of stun, leach life + high damages will crush you).

Now, NEVER make a guide using SMS style, and NEVER write a single big block of text. You should also insert some images for items or skills discussions, and some colors, but your build is a bit too short for that. Regardless of contents, your build should at least look like something like this (green text are my comments) :

This build focuses on 2 skills : ravage and hate spike. Though hate spike cost low mana and deals low damage, it might hit about 150 per cast if you have enough AP, which would be really helpfull. And now the ravage skill : a really good skill with high damage. You can hit to more than 350 with ravage, even more if you have stacks from the soul stealer (actually, you MUST have stacks or the items is useless, and 350 are ravage's base damage, it can reach about 1k damage with full AP builds, generally it's about 600-800)...

Eve is a very strong champ. She provides support and a very good attack to your partners and team mates (wtf ? where have you seen that ?).

As you can see i added archangels staff. This because it greatly increases your mana pool and suits very well with hate spike spam. It would really be helpfull for Eve because sometimes you might run out of mana. I also got ROA ( rod of ages ) for mana and ability power... Lich bane is used for movement speed, resitance and ability power (actually, it's used only for its passive, otherwise there are better items to get). Zhonya's ring and Rylai are for the great ability power... (Rylai is for life and snare)

Your reasoning behind using lichbane is stupid, you use it mainly for the passive proc it gives for hate spike spam, which is why getting an early sheen can make or break a lot of kills. Also, no deathfire's grasp? One of eve's best items by far, it will easily help you get the ganks you so desperately need to stay afloat. Also as far as summoner skills go, your ult is a pretty consistent ghost on no cooldown, and heal is pointless because if you're at a point where you need heal to score a kill, you had no business going for that kill to begin with. Remember, eve's job is to gank and hit leftovers late game, if you aren't doing that, you aren't playing her right.
