Try it. Making 1 good atack on lvl 3 means more than harrasing enemy for 6 lvls and not having any chance of scoring a kill before that.

By lvl 6 you should be able to do a full burst gank 2 times. (Stun->Ravage-Exhaust->Hate spike->ignite.) together with your parner it should mean 2 kills for you. The side effect is that this gank can be broken by flash out so make sure you have the space to chase, and dont initiate the gank at their tower for obvious reasons.

Try it and give some feedback how it worked :)

ok in early game you are not alone so why you want to kill single handed?
I had mana issues also when i was starting to play as Eve.
This was the reason why i always buy Sapphire Crystal 1st and 1hp 1mp pots.
With Crystal i have no problems with mana.
I play totaly conservative last hitting mobs untill i get money for Sheen.

When i have sheen i am 100% always lvl 3 so i have Shadow walk/ravange/hate spike.
This makes you on lvl 3 able to as you say single handed a squishy target within a single exhaust.
Shadow walk->stun->ravage->exhaust->hate spike spam->ignite.
The procs from Sheen and Ignite are sure kill on squishy targets.

tnx for the tip. My intention was not to single handed kill an enemy. I encourage to always work together with ur lane partner. But I have to problem when I'm lvl 12 or so that clarity has no use for me anymore. But i really need it early game for my playstyle. My goal is to acchieve as much AP as possible. But you really made me think to try your strategy for a couple times.

Why scepter before Lichbane? That is the worst thing you could do imho. anyway other things are okish. A bit confused by the Clarity thing, i would suggest trying ignite with ignite mastery.

In early game (before lvl 6) you aren't able to kill an enemy single handed. They run away and your damage output isn't high enough. The best strategy is to weaken the enemy, enough to kill him in one time with exhaust, but not enough so he decides to teleport back. This is very mana consuming, considering that you have to do -W- then -E- en then -Q-. So clarity makes it possible to slowly weaken the enemy and have enough mana (instant) ready to go for the kill.
Considering items: When I have meija's soulstealer I just ask myself how the game is going and then I decide wich item I will pick. But mostly I go for the extra AP.
