Hi and welcome to my first guide here on Mobafire. I have quite big experience with Evelynn, before and after the remake, and she is one of my main champions. With this guide I will try to explain everything I know about and teach you the basics and even if I can the advanced strategies with her. Without further ado I introduce you to my Evelynn guide. Build 1 vs Build 2
Build two is when you have only one tankier champion in your team or when you just focused a lot more. You will be tankier, while still capable of doing insane damage.
Pros / Cons
* Amazing jungler
* Amazing ganks ( can gank at lvl 1 )
* Hard to notice without vision wards. Even if they place a vision ward they won't have much more gold for items.
* Very fun to play
* Not very fast jungler
* Often focused if doing well
* Most of the people think she sucks
This spell is a must for most champion. This spell is a game-changing. Flash trough the wall and wait for your passive and Boots of Mobility to kick in and you are gone with the speed of Usain Bolt. I recommend taking Flash for almost every jungler.
SMITE IS NEEDED FOR EVERY JUNGLER. Many people say that certain champions can jungle without smite. It is true, but Smite is needed for Evelynn because her early game jungling can be pretty hard. Take it for buff control and faster clearing time.
Ghost is good on Evelynn, but I dont take it that often, just because she has a build in mini ghost. ( Dark Frenzy) If you want to be super fast take this instead of Flash
I don't take this spell on jungling Evelynn, just because I prefer Flash or Ghost. If you take this you lack an escaping abilitie other than Dark Frenzy.
Exhaust is kinda good, but I rarely get it.
Heal is not really viable no her, but if you want to take it feel free.
Evelynn stealths into the shadows only being seen by nearby enemy champions or true sight. While stealthed, Evelynn regenerates 1% of her maximum mana every second.
Casting spells, taking damage or dealing damage reveals Evelynn for 6 seconds.
This is one of the best passives in game IMO. Endless stealth. Helps in gank, helps in escaping, it just helps you with everything you need.[/center]
Evelynn fires a line of spikes through a nearby enemy, dealing magic damage to all enemy units in its path.
The main spell of Evelynn. This skill scales good, both with AD and AP. I max this first for the good damage output on low cooldown and it helps a lot in your jungling.
(Passive): Evelynn's spell hits on enemy champions grant her bonus movement speed for 3 seconds. This effect stacks up to 4 times.
(Active): Evelynn removes all slows affecting her and gains bonus movement speed for 3 seconds. Champion kills and assists refresh Dark Frenzy's cooldown.
Your speed boost. This combined with your Boots of Mobility will result 500+ movement speed. And the best think about this skill is that its cooldown is refreshed on kill or assist. Go in teamfight get a kill or an assist and go away with the speed of the wind.
Ravage : When used, Evelynn will atack twice. Simple as that, yet so helpful. The best thing about this skill is that when it is used u get bonus AS. This is helpful when pushing a turret - use this skill on a minion and then attack the turret with amazing AS.
Agony's Embrace : Useful for the slow and the shield. With the slow you can escape bad situations. In teamfight use this and you get instant 1500 shield at max rank. Just try to land it so it can hit every enemy.
Start at Blue buff. Ask your top/bot/mid for a pull and now you have choice - to continiue to Wolves or do an early gank. Remeber to wait for your stealth if you want a succeful gank. If you decide to continiue jungling go to wolves and attack the big one first and and then continiue to Wraiths, followed by the Red buff and finish with double golems.
Evelynn is one of the champions whos ganks are super easy and yet super deadly. Just wait for your passive to kick in and then go behind the enemy and it should be easy if you have good cordination with your allies. If the enemy team starts getting vision wards, because they are afraid of you, ask your team mates to buy vision wards so they can remove them. If you are doing well buy and [Oracle's elexir] and remove them yourself.
Many people think that warding is the support's role only. It is not true. Every champion in your team should buy wards and jungler is the best role for this. Buy wards whenever possible and on your trips from mid lane to bot lane, drop a ward at dragon or here and there and this ward will help your team with one of the most important thing in this game - map awareness.
Red - a must for wards. Pink preferebly, because you can remove enemy wards.
Blue - wards that can help out your teammates.
Orange - wards for couter jungling.
You know - Buy a ward, stop a gank, save a life.
