Hi my name is eqweni i have been playing league of legends since the start of S3 and a couple of months before that. I have managed to get to bronze 1 just now and i just started playing ranked.
I decided to make this guide because there aren't so many jungle Evelynn guides out there.
I have been playing Evelynn for too long and she is right now my favourite champion.
Evelynn is my favourite champion because of her awesome ability to play mindgames she is also one of the best assassins in the game.
There will probably be spelling errors in this guide and i will continue to update it as long as i will play LoL. Don't down vote before you try.
Pros / Cons
- Can go past normal wards
- Has good movement speed
- Nice burst damage With Ravage and Hate Spike.
- Good ganks especially after 6
- Squishy especially early and late game
- Her only CC comes from her ultimate and its a slow.
- People who are smart buy pink wards, also countered easily in draft pick.
21-9-0 You may be asking if Evelynn gets so many advantages because ofmovement speed why not go utility? Well in utility we would be able to get 9 points in there and only 3 of them would be conributing to movement speed for a total of 3% extra its not that much considering what we have on the defense tree.
First row of defense tree Summoner's Resolve that extra 10 gold has never hurt anyone but the enemy team. Durability and Tough Skin Durability is needed to tank those pesky little jungle mobs and it is also useful considering she doesn't get a lot of hp in general. Tough skin is useful for taking out jungle.
Second row has my favorite mastery for Evelynn Bladed Armor is Incredibly useful when considering tough skin is also helping you. ¨
Last row Here we have Veteran's Scars We can get it so why not at lvl 18 you will have 148 extra HP just because of masteries it was also a point that really doesn't go anywhere better.

Greater Quintessence of Spell Vamp
Armor Seals and Magic Resist Glyphs for defense Magic penetration marks for ganking people with higher armor before void staff. Now the Spellvamp Quintessences are what i want to talk about Evelynn is really squishy that is why we have defensive glyphs and seals but the spellvamp. Why not flat AP? Well spellvamp runes synergize well with Spirit of the Spectral Wraith making your burst heal you quite a lot and making you more durable in fights.
Flash is overall my favourite summoner spell it gives you an easy escape and an easy catch up.
|Smite A must go on all of the junglers makes getting that first blue or red buff easier, it is also quite fun to steal buffs, dragon and Baron with this spell, while utilising your w.||
To some people Ghost is a must go on jungle summoner spells but i don't recommend it because Evelynn has an built in speed buff.
I have to talk about her passive Shadow Walk, its on of the best passives in the game grants you invisibility when you are out of combat for 6 seconds. You can't be seen by sight wards but vision wards do spot you. There is a faint circle around you when you are in stealth if an enemy gets inside this circle you will be spotted additionally if enemies spot you you can go out of vision quickly to still keep your stealth without 6 seconds of waiting. Also she may seem very mana hungry well when in her passive she regenerates 1% of her mana per second. Turrets can also see you. There's really nothing else to say about her other spells. (Or i will include it in a another section)
Hunter's Machete+5x Health Potion Is a standard start for any S3 jungler it is a really good start because you will be auto attacking mobs and also using abilites it also builds into
Spirit of the Spectral Wraith
Ahh Spirit Stone a good item on any AP jungler and it also has an built in sustain for Health and mana. It has its built in passive for clearing jungle and at this point eve can start relying more on jungle farm,aren't
Kage's Lucky Pick
This is probably going to be the why for people who are ignorant. Well first of all AP More gold And it upgrades in to Twin Shadows.
These bad boys are so much fun, you just charge at an enemy with your Dark Frenzy With insane movement speed (Around 550 with full build)
|Hextech Recolver And Spirit Stone Such an useful item Spellvamp AP CDR and the awesome passive for clearing jungle stays with it.||
Twin Shadows they give you a little bit of movement speed AP and MR.The movement speed once again is really useful on Evelynn AP we need for damage output and the magic resist can be really useful when ganking strong burster mids. Do not underestimate the active.
Try to be the Evelynn that always sneaks up behind opponents trying to assasinate lone targets and lay fear in to the minds of enemies. If you play Evelynn well they most likely will be scared to leave their squishy people alone so they need to use quite a lot of resources on you.
Assasinate the low health targets and try to be behind the enemy team and if you get spotted swich places. Timing is key when a team fight erupts try to be close as possible and still behind them
landing good ultis is how you win teamfights with her. Try to focus the carries or squishy people
thats why you're there. To assassinate.
Creeping / Jungling
When you start eve jungle buy machete and 5 health potions, a really good start for any S3 jungler.
Head over to wolves and blue you need quite an hard pull because you are a bit squishy you should still tank the mobs unless you have garen or somone tanky on your team. Then take wraiths for and 2nd wolves for level 3. Now is the important choice of ganking or getting more gold and exp if top and mid are winning and bottom is even, get 2nd wolves and red, if you do this it will leave you very low on hp. If things are going normal you can take 2nd wolves if you want to be risky but i prefer to go straight to top after taking wraiths. After the gank at top think with your hp if you have enough for a mid gank, go for it! If you don't just take what you have and go back to base. You don't need 2nd blue thanks to your passive but if mid doesn't need it take it.
It has been fun writing this guide. Take note that it is the first one i ever wrote and it will be updated when i get good suggestions don't vote it down if you don't get a penta first game with her with this build be sensible, Evelynn is a quite challenging champion afterall.

26.2.2013 Created Guide didn't code anything just wrote the basics.
27.2.2013 Started adding coded stuff to the guide added and finished summoner spell section and started making items section better (almost finished) and added this section.
