I like the concept of the build a whole lot.

But since i don't play Eve, i can't try it out and vote, sorry :(

One thing to mention quickly though, the range on Abyssal Scepter is MUCH larger than that of Sunfire Cape.

The thing is that, with ap or ad, Eve is just very squishy. If the enemy has an oracles, you really can't do much unless they split.
Yes, people can see the Sunfire debuff, but during the thick of the battle, people won't notice it.
Even if Eve goes tank, beacuse of the Sheen or Trinity Force, her damage to squishies is still exceptional

For Evelynn - I would never suggest getting an Abyssal Scepter - simply because people will know you are there even when stealthed far too early.

Get a Force of Nature instead ^^
