So, I've had decent success with this build. This build is very durable, yet is able to dish out some nice DPS. It doesn't fill a specific niche, it's just a good solid everyday build.
Start with Doran's Shield if you're going to be up against a good pusher, otherwise go blade. Rush sword of the divine and use it in conjunction with exhaust for some early kills. Then just work your way up the item list. In the beginning you will be slower without boots so don't commit unless you have a sure kill with exhaust. Obviously substitute out any boots you need depending on the team you're up against.
After ghostblade I'll get either Bloodthirster, Black Cleaver, or Infinity Edge first; just depends how the game is going. This build sacrifices insane attack speed for more damage early, but with Battle Cry active you are going to be ear the speed cap anyway and doing more damage. This is a somewhat cooldown dependent build, so you'll have to pick your battles, but any battle you pick will be yours with this combo:

Audacious Charge in.
In mid-charge Pop Sword of the Divine and Youmuu's Ghostblade.
Crescent Sweep.
Exhaust.
Three Talon Strike.
Battle Cry.
Profit.

Battle cry will refresh TTT and Audacious Charge to catch anyone still alive.
Thanks for reading and have fun trying it out.
