Here's a breef overview

The Basics to Viktor are to master his lazer and constantly try to proc Thunderlords with a Q + AA + E. In fights try to place you W(Gravity Field) in either the center of your foes, behind your foes trying to run, or in jungle choke points for fights in the jungle.
