This is a fantastic build guide! I have used this plenty of times. The summoner spells are great. I used flash often and I have had countless kills with ignite early, mid, and late game. Sometimes I go with ghost and flash just for giggles. I like the 3 Doran's Blades at the beginning for the early game advantage with health, lifesteal, and damage. The boots of swiftness help definitely, I would have maybe chosen Boots of Mobility sometimes depending on the game and who is in it, but nevertheless an ideal item for this build. Trinity Force was perfect because of all the added stats and not to mention the passive slow. Youmuu's was great as well because of the armor pen, cooldown reduction, and the active is pretty neat if you know how to utilize it well. Infinity edge is good for obvious reasons. Last whisper is also good for obvious reasons and it's logical since armor pen is prominent throughout the build. And last but not least the Black Cleaver furthers the destruction of the opponent's armor with each attack. The entirety of this build guide is gold. Congratulations!
