Introduction
Ezreal is by far one of the most interesting champions to play once you get a basic understanding on how he works. Ezreal is one of the hardest champions in the game to master. Since all of Ezreal's abilities are skillshots, a better player will always be more successful at the champion than a player with a lower skill level. Once you start getting good with him he is so so so fun to play, I promise!
This build is a new way I've found to build Ezreal with more survivability and good damage all the way through the game. I used to build him more glass canon but that relied on early kills and didn't take in to account his squishiness
It's not a guide just more of a build idea and some tips that have work very well for me lately, and if your already an Ezreal player you'll find this build different and interesting.
hope you guys find this helpful :)
Pros
+Ranged
+Blink Skill
+High Damage
+Global Line-Nuke Ultimate Trueshot Barrage
+Not Item-Reliant Early-Game
+Amazing at Farming
+Incredible mobility, chasing, and kiting ability
+ Ezreal is often underestimated but his burst and damage sustain are insane! Use this to your advantage :)
Cons
-Squishy
-Skillshot Based
-Hard to Master
-Drops Off Slightly Late-Game
-Base Movement Speed Is Slow
-No Crowd Control
-As opposed to other AD carries, silence has a massive effect on damage output since most of Ezreal's damage does not come from just right-clicking (caitlyn, trist, vayne, etc.)

Rush Sheen as fast as possible it will increase your damage output so much on his Q, you can also get it before your boots if you think you can manage. I personally like a bit of movement speed at the start as Ezreals base movement speed is kinda slow.
Get Madred's Razors or Hexdrinker depending on who your vs in the lane.
Hexdrinker is an amazing item I cant tell you how many times I've had someone get me to low health but able to get back to my turret, have them dive in only to have the shield come on let me get the kill and get out alive :)
If you are having trouble early on staying in lane or you feel some extra lifesteal would help you feel free to get Wriggle's Lantern its cheap and really beneficial.
Go for Trinity Force next. This is an awesome item for Ezreal the proc on his Q hurts more than Sheen so you'll start doing some great damage after getting it.
Once you get up to the B. F. Sword you can either go for Infinity Edge or if your not scaring them enough or your getting targeted you can upgrade Madred's Razors and Hexdrinker to
Wriggle's Lantern and Maw of Malmortius
Situational items
Items you might want to think about if you have armor heavy or high health champions on opposite team
- Last Whisper (cheapest option) very awesome if you already have high damage
- Madred's Bloodrazor you can make this instead of Wriggle's Lantern
- Black Cleaver would be a good choice if they're not so armor heavy and the attack speed makes you more scary.
- Youmuu's Ghostblade would be a viable early game option, the CD reduction wouldn't go a miss and the active is nice.

I like Flash and Ignite because of the offensive, defensive way you can use them, feel free to use Exhaust and Ignite if you want to go full out offensive, I just like the fact with Flash you have 2 flashes which means twice the distance away from ganks and other players.
It has saved my bacon a few times in situations where you'd normally die.

My normal setup is
It a standard AD build with added mana regen which helps a lot early game with your lane sustain.
OFFENCE
Summoner's Wrath helps with your ignite and while its on CD you hit harder
Brute Force more attack damage
Alacrity more attack speed means more damage
Weapon Expertise allows you to hit harder
Deadliness increasing damage as you level
Lethality more damage
Vampirism helps you stay in your lane longer
Sunder more armor pen which lets you hit even harder
Executioner the crushing final blow, an extra 6% damage won't go unnoticed
UTILITY
Summoner's Insight to help get your flash up quicker
Expanded Mind to help with your need for mana
Improved Recall I dont know how many times this has saved me after a gank. hop over a wall and cast, and just before they can get to you you vanish :)
Meditation mana regen because Ezreal can be mana hungry at times
Runic Affinity to keep those buff on you longer

There are a few tips I can provide when playing AD Ezreal...
- If playing mid Gank top and bottom lane as much as possible. If you can do so without being detected too early by the enemy, you will ensure you are fed at least a few assists early game.
- Try to farm and harass with Mystic Shot. Mystic Shot farm is very effective if you can keep up with the mana cost.
- Do not be afraid to occasionally use your Trueshot Barrage to farm. It can be used to save towers, assist team fights and kill runners. You can also use your ultimate to steal Baron, Dragon, Blue buff or Red buff from the enemy team about 2 or 3 times every game.
-Keeping your distance when firing your ultimate is also a must... your battlecry can alert your enemies and gives them time to move.
-Flash is a great spell for starting a sneak attack on another champion in mid lane.
They never expect a double flash.
-Use walls and trees to your advantage when being ganked, Arcane Shift over, unless they can can go though to it'll saves your life.
- Mystic Shot tips
*This skill applies on-hit effects such as Blessing of the Lizard Elder and Trinity Force
*This has one of the highest damage of any skill early on in the game and has a really low cooldown, try to abuse this.
*This skill will NOT go through minions, we must move around into a direct line of fire in order to hit the desired target.
- Essence Flux tips
*This skill will lower an enemy's attack speed, kill them.
*This skill will increase an ally's attack speed, use to help them destroy towers.
*Using this costs a lot of mana and should only be used in precarious situations or to get off the 'finishing damage'
Arcane Shift tips
*Use this skill to get in position to fire all of the other skills.
*Mostly used for utility however if possible use it for the extra damage on an enemy.
*Don't always use this skill at max range, sometimes harassment is more useful is only using partial range.
*great for escapes eg. over walls, dukes and creating distance.
Trueshot Barrage tips
*Does less damage when it goes through minions/monsters/champions, try to get in a direct line of fire if possible to kill the target, but don't wait too long or they may escape because we missed.
*Later into the game, don't wait till the end of a teamfight to fire off Trueshot Barrage. Not only will it do more TOTAL damage, but it will mostly likely raise your passive to about 4 stacks almost instantly which allows more damage from auto-attacks.
*(Early-Game for the Most Part) When 'calculating' if Trueshot Barrage will kill that nasty recaller/runner, make sure to include their MAGIC RESISTANCE into the account. This could save their life or get them killed.
