I dosen't matter what order you get the items in.
Try to find a sequence of items that suits your style of gameplay.
I recommend replacing the boots of mobility with another bloodthirster at the end.

The total cost for the items would be 1000 + 3000 + 3830 + 2290 + 2845 + 2845 = 15,810

The basic attack order for ezreal is to:

"E" into the opponent
Shoot your "Q" & "W"
And finnish him off with basic attacks
If you think the enemy champ would get away then don't hesatate to use your "D" & "F"(You should save your "R" as it costs a large ammount of mana).

Use your "R" to heavily dammage the opposing team in team fights which can turn the tides of the battle. (You may use this to aid other lanes early/mid game).
