introduction
this is my first guide and im going to show you how to play ezreal. he iss my main champion dps and this guide will show you some great tricks including 64.93 armorpen.

this is my best score with ez. notice how i stack bloodthirsters for more lifesteal.
summoner spells
Spells I get
•
- this is good because it slows down the enemies, so it helps you get kills faster.
•
- A double flash is always better with AD carries. this is essential to get. if a melee gets on you your screwed
cleanse size 32 yes
Spells you can get
•
- this will increase movement speed, so it will help you get kills and it will help you get away
•
- this will regenerate your health and it also gives you an attack damage boost for a small time.
•
- this is helpful with you knowing where your enemies are going and where the gank is going to be so you can tell team before time.
•
- this is on the border of being a “don’t get spell” since it’s almost useless late game.
Spells you don’t get
•
- this is good if you want to get to the lane faster and since his ulti is global you can shoot it across the map and teleport there right after and once you get them low the ulti will appear and take them down.
Spells NOT to get
•
- this has such a high cooldown you can only use it about three times in a 5V5 and maybe twice in a 3v3
Smite- you won’t be jungling that often and you aren’t a buff stealer; you won’t need this.
•
- I wouldn’t get this and I would leave this spell to the tank because your job is offense, not defense.
Abilities
rising spell force (Innate): Hitting a target with any of Ezreal's abilities increases his attack speed by 10% for 6 seconds, this effect stacks up to 5 times.
this is a great passive great for killing and farming.
Mystic Shot (Active): Ezreal fires a bolt of energy in a line that will deal physical damage and apply on-hit effects to the first enemy it hits. If it strikes an enemy unit, all of Ezreal's cooldowns will be reduced by 1 second.
Range: 1100
this is a skillshot and is good for decresing your cooldowns
Essence Flux (Active): Ezreal fires a wave of energy in a line. Any enemy champions it passes through are dealt magic damage and have their attack speed slowed for 5 seconds, while any allied champions it travels through have their attack speed increased for 5 seconds.
Cooldown: 9 seconds
Range: 900
this is like your q and is a skillshot also
Arcane Shift (Active): Ezreal instantly teleports to a nearby target location and fires a homing arrow at the nearest enemy unit, dealing magic damage to it.
Cost: 90 mana
Teleport Range: 475
Arrow Range: 750
this is a teleport spell and is a built in flash.
Trueshot Barrage (Active): Ezreal channels for 1 second to fire a powerful broad energy missile that will travel in a line by the whole map and will deal magic damage to each enemy unit they pass through. It will deal 8% less damage for each subsequent target hit, down to a minimum of 30% damage dealt.
Cost: 150 mana
Cooldown: 80 seconds
Range: Global

Runes
greater mark of desolation
Armor pen marks are good for DPS champs like ezreal.
i wouldn't get AD marks or attack speed.
this is a flat Health rune. this will help you lane longer, chase longer, and most of all, survive longer. you will benefit from this seal.
this is another health rune.
greater quintessence of desolation
in addition to your marks you will gain more armor penetration.
or you can get all ad marks which is still good
What is armor penetration?
armor penetration(or Arp) is like attack damage that cuts through armor. in other words armor pen is like attack damage that ignores armor.
Pros and Cons
Pros
• He has a built in flash
• His q reduces his cooldowns
• He shreds armor
• He has awesome skins
Cons
• He is kind of squishy early game
• He has low mana early game
starts getting bad late game
Laning
when you lane go bot with a support like Sona or Alistar. one of you should have exhaust and one should have ignite. pick a partner with cc like lulu or alistair. keep the minions on your side a little so you can escape Ganks, but not so close the towers will eat your cs. you need to focus on last hitting at this point. play passively.

Draven
draven is skill dep
To The Jungle
Now go and get the red buff and the blue Buff. If the jungler doesn’t mind. If the jungler is an enemy watch out and don’t use your E Until you need to flash out.
Back to the Lane
Get some kills and push once you’ve got enough gold turn to base and finish your bloodthirsters than slowly finish the rest of the build
Optional/Situational Items
youmuu's ghostbladeis a nice item to get for any ad champ like ezreal if you want to switch tri-force or bloodthirster for this, give it a shot.
last whisper is a great item for ez since it provides alot of armor pen and a significant amount of AD.
thormail an early thormail is good if you want to harass the enemy dps early game.
Items
Doran's blade
Doran's blade is a great starting item for ezreal. it gives you a bit of AD, lifesteal, and some HP.
berserker's Greaves are the best boots you can buy with ezreal. I wouldn't consider getting
because of the passive effect ofMystic Shot. you wouldn't get
Mercury's treads because ezreal is not a tank. And
Ninja Tabi is just a waste.
The bloodthirster
the bloodthirster is a very good item for ezreal considering that it gives you a good amount of lifesteal and alot of AD.
iceborn gauntlet
iceborn gauntlet is good on ez
gives him armor. gives him cc. hives him armor. adds a slight bit of AP.
The black cleaver
the black cleaver is a great choice for ezreal considering he is a DPS this will give you a nice amount of attack speed and AD. with the black cleaver you will be able to reduce your enemy's armor by a great amount before you ca say axe.
ionic spark will give you the attack speed u need plus some hp.
is a good item for alot of crit and AD

Manamune or Trinity Force?
Pros of getting Manamune
• Faster mana regeneration
• Faster farming
• Spamming spells more
If you get a Manamune you will get a slight attack boost and 100 mana caps. At lv 18 you have +72 AD which is actually good.
Pros of Trinity Force
• A little AP
• More movement speed
• More attack speed
• Crazy damage
• Slowing enemies
• A bit more HP
If you get a trinity force you will get extra AD for 10 second after casting a spell (this is a good combo to go with Ezreal’s passive. Plus the Zeal will give you attack speed and movement speed. You also get the procs from sheen and you will be able to slow enemies with your phage and the phage will give you extra health also.
Ganking
Ezreal is not a good ganker until lv 6 so wait until then. If you get low flash to tower then ulti since Ezreal’s ulti is a skillshot.
Tricks and Tips with Ezreal
in this chapter i'm going to show you some tricks with ezreal's ult.Ult and teleport
this where you shoot down mid lane and then you teleport
right when you shoot it. you will get a kill right when they are backing up. and if you don't, spam some spells at them and flash them or use
wall double flash
if you are on low HP and are being chased by a melee then use Arcane Shift to jump to a nearby wall. then if you have flash
flash through a wall and then recall.
attcking and spell-casting and shifting through walls
in this trick you simply place a ward on the other side of a wall and then if there is a enemy on the the other side start spamming skillshots and other spells. if they get low then use Arcane Shift as a flash alternative. next, finish them off.
