Pros:
- Is good throughout the whole game
- Amazing Escape with E, Arcane Shift
- Lots Of Magic Damage
- Can Boost Allies Attack Speed
- Passive Provides Attack Speed

- Cons:
- Very Squishy with no-CC
- Is Item Dependent
- Ablities Are Mainly Skillshots
- Can Be Focused Down Fast

I Take Flash For The Added Survivability which can save you when arcane shift is on cooldown, Always take flash.I Take Ignite To try and get an early kill and to finish off champions like ( Vlad, Singed, Or Fiddle )Another Option Is Barrier which can provide a nice shield.
