Ever since since blue build died down in popularity i have tried to bring it back. I have tweaked the build slightly but when you play it is the same old thing only your are much harder to kill.
with 2640 hp and 260 armor the enemy Adc will have a difficult time dueling you kill you. Ice born and blade give you so much kite potential. utilizing your passive will allow you to position yourself correctly in team fights. The only thing my build can not do is break stuns...

Base armor is 75 at lvl 18 + 185 from items will give you 260 armor (with out runes)
Base health is 1790 at lvl 18 + 950 will give you 2740 hp
