I just got Ezrael a couple of days ago and stubled upon this guide by accident.

I was not gonna try it but since you did post you hade a bunch of games with Ezreal (250 if i can recall), I thought what the heck.

So far so good, Ive won 85% of my matches with Ezreal using this build and item guide. Following exact same build Except for the 3xMov. Speed quints I have been using 3xAD.

I didint have them when I stubled into this guide and was not planing on buying them, but from reading your explination here in the comments I will try them out once I have enough to purchase them.

Quoted:
I take movespeed quints because those in combination with the 3 points from ms in utility tree give you nearly the same ms as boots as soon as the game starts, which can be very effective when dodging thresh hooks, morgana binds and etc that can often get you killed. And that instead of an extra 7 ad seems to be a worthy trade to me. Movespeed also transitions into late game much more effectively than the extra 7 ad you would normally get.

You should add that explination to the Guide it would have convinced me sooner and i would have maybe saved up for them and maybe instead of the 85% id have a higher % rate of wins with him.

Anyways just wanted to say thank you for this guide and I will be reading more from you if you ever post or update.

Have been using this guide whenever I play Ezreal recently, probably my favourite build I've ever used for him, really enjoyable, and can make for some really great plays
11/10

Thank you for the quick reply and the explanation. Also nice guide, your's has allot more information than most of the other popular guides in relation to the mechanics of playing ad carry rather than just information on Ezreal which I found helpful.

You already get enough attack speed from Triforce and your passive. And low cdr means more damage and more escapes. As for botrk, the passive alone on it is worth far more than a blood thirster or essence reaver. 8% of current health on auto attacks and on hit from Q. Thats 80 damage every 1000 hp the target has. A 4000 health Mundo for example will be taking 360 extra damage per auto and q. Not to mention the 40% attack speed, 25 attack damage, the 12% lifesteal, and the active which adds even more burst and kiting potential.

I have been looking at ezreal guides, and have 2 questions. Why is it better to go boots of lucidity over beserkers? And why is Botrk better than blood thirster or essence reaver. essence reaver seems like a much better option when building muramana, because of the cooldowns and the mana it gives back.

Certainly can, will record and upload a video on positioning soon. The runes and masteries are really just preference, it wont make any huge amount of difference. Thanks for the comment.

I found this build interesting to use. Ive been playing blue ez for a while but this certainly has higher damage while maintaining the utility. As for the runes and masteries I dont own movespeed quints so i cannot test them, but I think its better to run ad or attack speed quints. I look forwards to seeing how you play ez. Also if you could put up a paragraph or video explaining how to position better in team fights as ezreal i would appreciate it, I still have trouble surviving assassins. Anyway thanks for the guide.

Yeah the not having havoc mastery was a mistake, I clicked the wrong thing without realizing it and have now fixed it. The reason I lack content is because you can find everything you need to know about how to play Ezreal from the other guides that are popular, after all this was just meant to be a quick build guide for people to experiment with. But if there is something else you want to know about him just ask and i will answer. And as for the frozen mallet, you will have to try the build to discover its true potential, I will later upload videos of how strong it is when used properly.

I expecr far more from a diamond player tbh. Just the actual fact that there is barely any content in your guide is suboptimal. Furthermore, Runes, Masteries and item choices are to some extent not great. I don't see a reason for picking MS Quints for instance; they are rarely used in general at the moment and they won't provide any additional strengt during the laning phase. 24 points in the offense mastery tree and yet no Havoc . I know, this mastery is pretty awful but some of your other choices are even more. Leave it as a simple 21/9/0 or 21/0/9 setup. Frozen Mallet is arguably ineffective regarding it's build path and actual outcome.
