So, first things first, you buy the starting items and follow the instructions on the farming chapter until you go back and buy a Blasting Wand and Sourceres Shoes, after that you are gonna want to kill the enemy champion as soon as possible using the E, W, Q and R combo. If you did this correctly and followed the runes ,masteries, items and abilities order, congrats you are winning lane and probably get very fed using the combo when you can agsints ap champions, just dont die until you kill the mid laner and if you play very good you could end up with a 10/0/6 score, believe me I get that score most of times. By the way Veigar has massive mana problems but with Clairvoyance you can practically always stay in lane with mana on your bar, just use it when you completly run out of mana. (Read the notes)

Veigar has a passive that i love and think its pretty good. What you have to do is play safe and always try to get last hits with your Q, this is very important on the early game, try to do this until you reach 100 ap with out buying any items only the starting ones, your runes would help you with that, when you get to that number you should have enough gold to buy Blasting Wand and Sourceres Shoes.

-One shots

-Very Squishy
-Not so good early game since a gank could easily kill him

Dont worry, it looks crazy but it gets the work done and its a very important part of the guide.
