Introduction

This build is specifically designed to slow down enemies and damage them as fast as possible. In the beginning you'll have to rely on your teammates to acquire kills but later on you should be able to hold on your own depending on your skill or luck.

Guide Top

Runes

The runes are your average jack of all trades style but it's designed to protect you and deal as much damage as possible. You'll also have a good extra mana regen since Ashe relies a lot on it.

Masteries

Ashe's entire class depends on offensive attacks. With this build you'll be much more efficient in killing and you should have everything you need to stay alive longer.

Items

Doran's Blade is an excelent start for this, and almost every, champion. With extra health and damage plus a small life steal you'll stay alive much longer in the beginning. You'll also need extra speed to keep up with enemies running away. Berserker's Grieves will give you that extra speed you need plus a small attack speed boost. Upgrading the boot speed is also an option if you can't seem to run fast enough. The Philosophers Stone will also help with your mana regen for Ashe to use Volley much more often. You'll also get more gold faster to buy the rest much faster. Stinger will also give you extra speed in attacking and give you a boost in cooldown speed, which is especially needed for Ashe. Ionic Spark is the forefront of this build. Not only will it speed up your attacks it will also deal damage to enemies and minions around the person or minion your attacking. Plus it deals chunks of damage to them when they're running away and with your high attack speed, you'll shock them much more often than normally. And finally Phage will give you some bonus health and attack damage and more importantly slow your enemies down to a crawl along with your frost arrows.

Skill Sequence

The skill sequence is set up in a zig zag for balance in situations. Most will say to focus on volley but if your frost arrows are too low when you see an enemy and he runs away, your not going to be able to slow them down fast enough. Always upgrade your enchanted arrow when you get the chance to make it's cooldown faster.

Summoner Spells

Ashe is a huge mana hog so your going to need Clarity if your in a tight situation and need mana go get out of it. Health is also in for when your the one being chased by multiple enemies and need more health to get to a tower.

Summary

All in all this build should be a good champion killer and minion slaughterer. While you lack in armor penetration you more than make up with attack speed and damage.

Pros / Cons

Pro: You attack much faster and deal damage much quicker
Con: Your magic resistance is very low and your chance of landing critical hits are also slim. Also some champions can kill this build easily. Nunu is the vein of Ashe's existence if you don't have some back up.

Team Work

Since you attack so fast you'll be able to weaken your enemy much faster. Plus you'll slow them down for your teammates to strike.
