In my honest opinion, this isn't really hybrid. The only AD is from Hextech and the Doran's blade. And also, I think pure AP is bad. Deathcaps and lich bane isn't as good as you might think. Deathcap will give you good damage on you mushies, but you can get more damage with your poison with DPS rather than AP. Lich bane is not that good. The MR is nice, but Teemo doesn't spam skills at all, making the passive kinda useless. Oh, and never stack Hextechs. The 2nd one has too high of a cost for only AP, AD, and lifesteal that could've been gotten cheaper.
