Summoners Spells:
Ghost because you can catch anyone and Fear them into your CrowStorm.
Flash to get that extra distance to stay out of site from the enemies fog of war.

Defensive Masteries to give you that much more tankage.

Why 1 point Dark Wind at beginning? Because it is your furthest range ability and really annoys the heck out of your opponent! Oh yeah and it silences them, duh!

Rod of Age's first! 15 minutes in the game you will have enough money to grab this gem of an item. The diamond in the goats azz. This allows for you to reap the real benefit of this item as soon as possible. Early game is essential so that for the next 30 minutes or more of the game you can accrue a nice amount of HP and AP!
Next go Sorc boots so you can vroom vroom aroundm, plus they add magic penetration, which is a no brainer.
Banshee's next so you can avoid that stun, arrow, snare, whatever and continue draining the hell out of em! Because? Blocks one negative spell every 30 seconds!!!!! This is amazing! This will put you ahead of the crowd!

Strategy:
Constantly spam Dark Wind to really tick them off.
Use the bushes to hide as much as possible. The less you're seen the more your forgotten and when you pounce on them with a surprise attack your guaranteed at least 2 kills. You should always be in the jungle hugging a wall to get a little part of the circle of your Crowstorm circumference on the road to be able to pop over the trees and right in front of your opponents. As you do this cast Dark Wind on the clump of enemies(silence them) then FEAR the highest DPS player(usually casters) on the team and Drain him while Crowstorm kills their entire team. This will scare the hell out of them. When their best player goes down first they flee. This allows for your team to just mop them up.

Always be there for your teammates! When two players are on one of your partners Fear one and Drain the other. This will pull both off. Also keep in mind to use Dark Wind to silence them whenever possible.

Often use Ghost to catch the runners and Fear, Drain, rinse repeat for any other stragglers!

Q. Why don't you have any mana regen items in the beginning atimatik?
A. Well because I play conservative. I can buy a mana potion and stay up fine. You will have so much mana by mid-game you won't need to worry.

This is a more defensive build. Most games I don't even get past buying Banshee's and we have already won. Ive been using this build since it seems most my games lately have consisted of ZERO tanks. This build allows me to run comfortably around the map with a blood thirsty Eve right behind me.

Often I end up with more HP than our tanks, when there are any. Also, if you find yourself still seeking more HP, throw in a Rylai's after Banshee's. As always play conservatively in the beginning, due to your squishy-ness. If you still want to get more HP go with Sunfire Capes for more ownage.

You will notice this isn't a super heavy AP build at first, but more of a survivability build to keep you up and running and FEARLESS!
