you need tankiness first, not madreds blood razor. you forgot summoner skills. you have no writing in the description section. nashors is bad on udyr because he doesnt need cooldown reduction. cleaver is also bad on him because he needs more tankiness than damage. the warmogs is decent, but i would make it situational. you only used 26 points in your mastery tree. I would suggest 9/21/0 if you want to be aggressive or 0/21/9 if you plan on being a passive threat to lanes.
