I did not put scaling ability power in these runes because if you can win your early laning phase your build will dominate late game. A little MR never hurt anyone so buy some of those.

If you just absolutely can't win lane then use your ultimate to help gank other lanes to get kills or assists so that you can catch up or even pass your mid lane opponent in gold.

Combo: Stun Card "W" "I highly recommend you stun them with 4 stacks of stacked deck "E" active for the extra damage." Then use your Q. By the time your W is cooldown you should have or almost have another 4 stacks of your Stacked deck "E" passive.

If you are winning lane then don't get thirsty for kills. Go help your other teammates win their lanes. If all lanes are winning buy some wards and help your team out as you push mid lane to victory.
