maxing 1rst silence gives you a great harass with anormous range that is really spammable thanx to its low mana cost. lvl 1 drain gives you survivability against other harrasers and fear gives you a cool cc so that you and yr jungler or you alone can gang all lanes.

even thought the slow is small for aoe spells it gives you just the amount of health and ap you need + the slow that keeps enemies in your ult so that they are actually devastated.. rod of ages gives mana that fidle actually does not need the only mana he need is to cast his ult and fear/silence but he has got more than enough...

admit it.. fiddle has got the best aoe dmg ult in game that is really hard to avoid if he places it well.. a gamebreaking ult indeed. i have turned the tides of many games with just 1 ult..
and that is the reason than you get the stacks for..
in a good gang that your team wins and you place a good ult 5-7 stack are sure for you.. get mejais after rylais so you got good survivalbility and no1 kills you in your ult( you ll feel really bad if that happens...)

i dont really have to explain those.. zhonyas for using in ult. rabbadons for extreme devastation. abbysal for... it is just too good anyway :). and oracles many of em so that you counter any wards in case they see you cast your ult and cc you quickly( worst case senario for a fiddle but always a possibility especially in ranked games..)

1rst of all you should of course last hit whis is sadly one of the hardest things to do witht this hero... his animation is awfull and you really have to learn how it works in order to be competitive. after you achieve this you must adjust to your opponent. if he is a squishy you harrass him so that you either gang him with a good ult or with support from your jungler or you make him go b to regen hp so you outlevel and outfarm him... if your opponent is a hero with great regen/lifesteal/heal etc etc. then harrass normally so that he has to spend at least some mana healing back to normal or play agresively so the harras is even biger than his regen ability.. if you cant gang this guy which is the most often then you should go and gang a lane along with your jungler if possibleso you and your team takes advantage of that great ult of your right from the start...(lvl6 if possible)

so the general idea is gang gang gang!!!

a well placed ult of yours followed by an even greater flash will surely destroy an enemy team in a gang... So you should concider taking an oracles so that you sure that the enemy does not know where you are.. so you let your team push or defend and then BAM!! out of jungle or bushes or wherever you can cast your ult.. Then use fear on enemy carry and just walk along with the enemy team so they get destroyed by the CROWS!!
