i tried this build and its a good build. so much life and so much ap. but after boost drain i boost my silence

The biggest thing that i notice is that you stack unneeded MP where it's not needed. You're right in that in your metagame, you have about 20 MP set up and with fiddle passive, you get through around 30. The mastery does 15%, not flat. So, with the MP formula being flat reduction, flat penetration, percent reduction, and then percent reduction, you start out with a goodly amount of pen. So, instead of Sorceror's boots, i would get ionian. And then i would only get void staff if the other team is super tanky or building MR and even then, i would wait until later to get it instead getting another AP item or building up a solid defense item like Banshees or thornmail.

This isint even really MP
Almost all casters get mp masteries boots and v staff anyway.

why is MP so important? Most champs got 30 Magic Resistance. -10 cause his passive and -20 cause the shoes.

I think Much MP is only good against champs with Magic Resistance items.

and why do u use heal? he allready go a lifesteal skill.
