This is about one of the most interesting combo's in the field, Warwick and his apprentice Singed. While Singed softens up the enemies and keeps control of the lane with his slow, Fling and poison, Warwick can get many minion kills and keep his HP up due to his lifesteal.

Singed plays the tank, as you can see in the Item Build. Warwick will get the role of burning DPS to rip apart any enemy. Singed aids Warwick in his search for kills by slowing down the enemy hard with Mega Adhesive, while Warwick get's the slowing effect with the buff he will get from now and then while playing. This gives Singed the time to gain more xp and gold on his own, fastening his item buy.

To make this strategy effective, you and your teammate need Skype, Xfire or any other kind of voice communication, since the chat utterly sucks. Only use it to report misses and questions when they are being asked. It's even better when you played in a 5v5 pre-made game in a clan or often playing team. This has the advantage that your team is aware of what you are doing.

This strategy can be used in either 3v3 or 5v5, but 5v5 is the most effective (bottom lane in both cases).

Warwick's Runepage can be used varietal, I didn't go for a particular stack here. Singed's page is detailed and I can recommend following it.

Not yet finished, but handy enough for now.
