I've been using this build for a long while now and actually do fairly well with it. I try to maximize Fiora's HP regen as well as her attack speed. I throw thornmail and Maw in there mainly for survive ability. Over all i find Twitch, Xin, Tryn usually harder to 1v1 champs pretty easy with this build.
