You should try to get as much damage as possible with Fiora. If You end up dying too much exchange blood thirster with Infinity Edge and try a different approach instead of direct fighting. Save Flash to get out of situations and not people with it, you use lunge to do that. Farm a lot in the beginning so you are free to move almost anywhere you want later on.
Any lane will be good for a user but mid is always best if you can get it. Early kills are easy to get with the use of lunge to harass the enemy champion until it is close enoguh down to kill it.
