Hello Mobafire Viewers. This would be my first guide so if there's any flaw or anything you would recommend to make this build better, please comment below. I'm open to any opinions and thoughts.

Pro:
Great Lane Pusher
Fast CSer
Great Chaser

Con:
Won't Be Able To Do Much Until Lvl 3-4
Close Combat, Making You A "Must Be Killed" Target

Early-Game:
In Early Game, You want to prevent your foe/foes from csing as much as possible, this is where your Q come in plays. Try to keep in range between your enemy champions and their creep just incase your need to use your second dash to dash away from a bait or a counter attack. Don't just spam your Q. The Proper combo would be Q,E,Q. Be sure to land if possible an auto attack in between your Dash. If you want to safely push back your enemy than simply E,Q, auto attacks, Q back to a creep to stay out of range.

Mid-Game:
After your gotten your BT and BG. You will be ready to set up for some massive killings. That is if you've team haven't feed the other team already. Quick instant kill on squishys combo: Q,E,W,Q,R. Never Failed me yet. Try to help gank other lane if your enemy lane tower is down for Fiora is one of the best ganker you can find. You don't have to kill but while your ganking, if the target is a sure death than go in for it. Pop the ulti. But if the kill isn't possible than just help push the enemy back from your tower and attempt to destroy their tower.

Late-Game:
ALL HELL BREAK LOOSE! You should have all of your item now. Extremely tanky in a way with great damage output. Go in. Start the fight if you have to. Pick off those AP carry or support. Keep in mind, if their AD carry is fed than your more than welcome to switch your Warmog for a thornmail and watch those dmg bounce back plus yours on top of that =].
