This build focuses on getting MASSIVE AD for your passive (I've gotten over 25% true damage on this build), while providing high crit damage and max CDR. You will be dashing around foes, dealing massive true damage, critting, and if you are really good, cancelling ults with your W before you get destroyed.

This build is stupidly squishy, and the mobility is not super great, so make sure to hit vitals, kill fast, and run like a **********er when you miss your W. This build will dumptruck any tank, and you will annihilate squishy champs from crit damage.

High crit: Good for squishies
High AD: Proc vitals and deal insane true damage

Ravenous Hydra: AD, Lifesteal, Waveclear
Death's Dance: AD, Lifesteal(kinda), CDR, and Passive (works wonders when you are squishy)
Bloodthirster: AD, Lifesteal, Passive (ALSO works wonders when this squishy)
Infinity Edge: AD, Crit, and Passive (Crit from E will be super strong)
Essence Reaver: AD, Crit, CDR, Passive (Mana is good, but extra CDR hits cap)
Phantom Dancer: AS, Crit, MS, Passive (Great for dueling, and when squishy)

Hydra is a core item on Fiora. Lifesteal and waveclear are huge

Death's Dance makes it so you die slower from the passive, you get good lifesteal, and some extra CDR is always good

Bloodthirster gives massive lifesteal, and the shield makes it so when you assassinate someone, there is just another means of keeping you alive

Infinity Edge is an item I don't have to explain. The crits will kick ***, the AD is big like the rest of the items, and the passive will make you a monster.

Essence Reaver gives basically the same amount of AD as the rest, good crit chance, and up to 30% CDR with the next item (because 30% crit from other sources makes the passive add +20% CDR to the +10% base)

Phantom Dancer: AS is awesome for DPS when critting and this gives the most AS for crit chance. The movement is ok, and the passives are awesome. Taking less damage in a 1v1 from your other items are amplified by the PD passive Lament, and the Spectral Waltz helps when you proc a vital and can run through enemies to penetrate the backline)

This build may not work in high ELO, but I plan to try this one out in my pleb Bronze games to see where it can take me. If you need a tankier build, I am working on another build with Titanic Hydra and Triforce for sheen proc. Probably much better for survivability late game.
